Can you do the repair and the body work?
Yes — that's the point of this shop. Mechanical and collision work happen under one roof, so a car that needs a fender and a wheel bearing doesn't have to visit two businesses and get quoted twice.
Do you deal with insurance after a collision?
We can work with an insurance claim or handle it privately if you'd rather not touch your policy — a lot of small hits cost less to fix than a deductible plus the premium increase. Bring the claim number if you have one, and we'll tell you honestly which route makes more sense.
How long does a safety inspection take?
Book it and drop the car off. You get a written list of anything that failed, what it costs to put right, and no pressure to have the work done here — though if you do, it's the same shop and the same hands.
Will you call before doing extra work?
Always. You approve the number before anything else gets touched. That's the rule the whole place runs on.
