How long will you have my car?
Most everyday jobs are same-day if the parts are local. Anything bigger, you'll be told the timeline when you approve the price — not after.
Can you work on my make?
Almost certainly. Independent shops see everything; the exceptions are usually dealer-locked software on very new vehicles. One call settles it.
